Our goal is to provide accurate, actionable insights through our email readiness checks and automation assessments.

If you submit information for a free or basic readiness audit, no payment is required and therefore no refund applies.

For paid readiness reviews or automation setup projects:

You may cancel and request a full refund before analysis or setup work begins.
Once work has started, fees become non-refundable because the service involves custom labor and analysis.

If ongoing support or updates are later offered, you can cancel at any time before the next billing date. You will not be charged again.

Any payment disputes will be handled under New Mexico law. We aim to resolve all refund questions promptly and fairly.
